Scott Bocskay
Scott Bocskay is a global authority on Property Linked Finance. As Australia’s Country Director for President Clinton’s Climate Initiative, he introduced Environmental Upgrade Agreements and then, as CEO of Sustainable Australia Fund, expanded their reach nationwide. He has since advised the Green Finance Institute, the IFC, and other leading institutions on scaling PLF into a global asset class. Today, he heads the PLF Accelerator, collaborating with banks, investors, and governments to grow markets and fast‑track the built‑environment energy transition.
Taka Mutambiranwa
Taka Mutambiranwa is the former Head of Operations and Portfolio Management at Sustainable Australia Fund, with over 15 years of capital markets experience in Europe and Australia spanning structured and leveraged finance, treasury, technology, and credit ratings. Now leading operations at PLF Accelerator, he has a proven track record in executive leadership, scaling operations, and delivering strong financial outcomes.
Allan Young
Allan brings four decades of experience spanning economic development at CEO level, and senior management roles in media, sales, renewable energy, and environmental finance. He brings deep expertise in stakeholder management to lead our commercial property demonstration project, CAPEX-to-Income.
